Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs teamed up with your choice of BBQ or Herbed Rotisserie-Style Chicken. Served with baked beans, pasta salad, cole slaw, bakery rolls and butter.

Southern fried chicken, fresh garden salad, cole slaw, potato salad, homemade cornbread, freshly baked brownies and juicy watermelon slices. Enhance your buffet with 1/3 racks of Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs for an additional $6 per person.

Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs paired with boneless grilled chicken breasts (BBQ or Cajun-seasoned). Served with baked beans, pasta salad, fresh fruit salad, bakery rolls and butter.

Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs complemented by grilled Cajun or BBQ boneless chicken breasts and Italian sausages with peppers, onions and our own marinara sauce. Served with baked beans, pasta salad, fresh fruit salad, Kaiser rolls, potato chips, deli pickles and an appropriate condiment selection.

Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs teamed up with grilled Cajun or BBQ chicken breasts and chef-carved roast tenderloin with tarragon horseradish sauce. Served with pasta salad, tossed Caesar salad, fresh fruit salad, baked beans, bakery rolls with butter and an array of appropriate condiments.

Grilled sirloin steaks with sautéed mushrooms, Saz’s Award-Winning BBQ Baby Back Ribs and herb-roasted chicken served with ranch beans, creamy cole slaw, tossed Caesar salad, fresh fruit, bakery rolls and butter.

Pork, chicken, beef tenderloin, vegetable or shrimp skewered with fresh vegetables such as zucchini, summer squash, sweet onion and bell pepper grilled with our special marinade. Served with summer rice pilaf, tossed Caesar salad, fresh fruit salad and assorted relishes and dips.

Vienna Italian beef with roasted peppers, Vienna All Beef Hot Dogs (toppings include tomato, onion, green relish and sport peppers on poppy seed buns), grilled Italians with peppers, onions and our own marinara. Served with potato salad, pasta salad, potato chips, Chicago’s Kosher deli pickle spears and pepperoncini.

Festive buffet featuring sizzling stead and chicken fajitas served with Spanish rice, refried beans, warm flour tortillas, guacamole, tortilla chips, pico de gall, sour cream, cheese and shredded lettuce. If you would like to add grilled shrimp fajitas to your menu, please add $2 per person.
