Celebrate the opening of our brand new patio with a Good City Brewing Tap Takeover Wednesday, June 21st, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm! It’s also the first day of summer and what better way to enjoy the start of the season than with good craft beer paired with delicious food and a side of sunny weather?

We’ll be pairing a fine selection of Good City Brewing beer with a few choice entrées that perfectly complement each beer’s unique flavor profile – from REWARD, a double IPA that features a dry malt profile and Citra, Amarillo and Eureka hops, to PILS, brewed with Bohemian lager yeast and US pils malt for a classic light-bodied beer that’s a fresh approach to a Milwaukee classic.

Recommended Pairings for the Evening:

“THE BEERBURGER” paired with REWARD, a double IPA, ABV 8.5%

We start with a patty grilled to your liking, pile it on a Miller Baking Company pretzel roll, and blanket it with a thick beer cheese sauce born of Wisconsin cheeses and a Good City REWARD reduction. Then we top it with a heap of french fried onion strings. Are you drooling yet?!

“SALMON BEURRE BLANC” paired with MOTTO, a mosaic pale ale, ABV 5.2%

An 8oz filet of blackened salmon served over a bed of crispy gnocchi with roasted grape tomatoes, grilled asparagus, and a buttery beurre blanc. Decadent.

“BRAISED SHORT RIBS” paired with PILS, a pilsner, ABV 5.2%

Black Angus beef short ribs take center stage on this dish. Bathed in a Good City DAPPER demi and accompanied by lemon pepper green beans and your choice of side.

 

Of course, you can always pair any beer with a Saz’s Sampler Combo Platter, half rack of our BBQ Ribs, or anything else your heart desires off of our new summer menu!
