What fuels the man behind Sazama’s Fine Catering? Passion. Passion for event planning and for total guest satisfaction are the kindling for Keith’s flame, the sparks of which have ignited his team with the same devotion. Following receipt of his B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, this Wauwatosa native took to sea with Norwegian Caribbean Lines, where he found the culture and diversity of guests and staff to be both riveting and enlightening. Four years after setting sail, Keith settled in San Diego, where he assisted in the opening of Le Meridien San Diego at Coronado Resort, then managed The Prado at Balboa Park. Both venues boasted upscale service to a very discerning clientele, priming this visionary for his 2010 integration into Saz’s Hospitality Group with Sazama’s Fine Catering at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. As a leader, Keith continues to guide his team toward surefire success in client satisfaction, a fact overwhelmingly supported by the 10-year contract extension granted by the Marcus Center in 2014.
