Mixologist, creative thinker, musician and all-around genuine human are just a few words you’d use to describe our bar manager Nick Cutraro. He’s been running the bar and welcoming our guests for years. Working in food and beverage for 20+ years has inspired his thinking and creativity and given him plenty of confidence to excel in many roles. It’s when he’s working closely with his team and seeing our guests smile because of the service he provides that he truly feels at home. He’s a guy that knows the industry well and loves bringing fresh ideas to the table. When he’s not coming up with new cocktail menus or selecting great new additions to our bar menu, he’s helping out wherever he can. We’re grateful to have someone as reliable and trustworthy as Nick on our team.
Nick studied music, with a focus on guitar and bass, at the Conservatory of Music in Milwaukee and has played in several jazz bands throughout the years. That creative mindset is constantly on display at the State House just as his passion for creating and performing were always on display. He’s enthusiastic about new features in the restaurant and it shows with his commitment to Saz’s and to getting behind new initiatives.
