Saz’s Dockside Barbecue- presented by Fiduciary Management, Inc.- a casual sit down restaurant featuring great views, wait staff service and award winning BBQ along with premium wine and beer selections.

Featuring full service dining on our prime waterfront location (Known by some as the corner of “water and water”), it’s a great place to relax and unwind while awaiting the perfect concert. Come be our guest and enjoy wines by the glass or bottle, paired with some of our festival favorites and award winning barbecue recipes.

This is a first come first served restaurant and reservations are accepted for groups of 8 or more on a first come basis.

Join us for “The Finest” from Saz’s & The World’s Largest Music Festival! We are located on the North end of the BMO Harris Pavilion. This beautiful lakefront restaurant borders the cool waters of the Summerfest Lagoon and offers breathtaking views of the Milwaukee Skyline and Lake Michigan.

Beverage service includes a fine selection of wines by the bottle and glass, draft Miller beers and a variety of Non-Alcoholic Beverages.

Various appetizer selections are available including our festival famous Mozzarella Marinara and Sour Cream & Chive Fries to our Baby Back Ribs. Entrée and Sandwich selections include favorites such as our Smoked Chopped Beef Brisket with Vidalia Onion Sauce, Full or Half Rack portions of our Baby Back Ribs, our New Slow Braised Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches and Pulled Memphis Style Barbecue Chicken with Saz's Original BBQ Sauce.

Mouthwatering Barbecue Half Chicken Dinners, Jumbo Brats and a Tavern Style Milwaukee Fish Fry.

Finish with our Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae Chocolate Brownie Triangles with Cedar Crest vanilla Ice Cream with Whipped Cream and Maraschino Cherry.

Join us for the amazing fireworks at Summerfest. With spectacular views, magnificent food and wonderful service, there is no better place to enjoy the fireworks than a table at Saz’s Dockside Barbecue.

Premium seating is available on a first come first served basis for all size groups or by reservation for groups of 8 or larger.

Please note, on these dates, premium seating does fill up quickly and a lakeside or window side table is not guaranteed. Some of our seating has limited viewing of the fireworks.

GENERAL RESERVATIONS
Saz’s Dockside BBQ only accepts reservations for groups of 8 or larger and is available on a first come, first served basis. When placing a reservation, our representative will give you an option of sitting outside or inside.

Should you wish to change this upon arrival, we can not guarantee a table will be available, but will do our best to accommodate your request. All reservations must be accompanied by a credit card deposit of $100. Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to show for your reservation.


RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel you reservation up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. For groups who cancel with less than 24 hour notice we will charge your credit card $100 only in the event we are unable to re-book your table.

LAKE DECK
Accommodates up to 150 on upper deck overlooking Lake Michigan and Lake Shore State Park

TICKETMASTER TERRACE
Accommodates up to 100 in secluded setting within the Marcus Amphitheater. Available day time hours only from noon - 4:00 p.m

SOUTH PICNIC AREA
Accommodates up to 80 guests on a grassy tented area  located near the south entry to the Sky Glider

BMO HARRIS PAVILION
Accommodates up to 200 guests with stunning views of Lake Michigan, the Milwaukee Skyline and performances at the BMO Harris Pavilion.

BRIGGS & STRATTON UPPER VIP DECK
Accommodates up to 250 guests with views of the Briggs Big Back Yard Stage. Available day time hours only from noon - 4:00 p.m.
