We’re thrilled to introduce our brand new full brunch menu and announce that we’re now serving everyone’s favorite pastime every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm!
No more waiting until Sunday to get your brunch on at Saz’s. Drop in, start with one of our signature brunch cocktails (Hellfire Bloody Mary, anyone?), and get ready for a fresh weekend ritual on 55th and State.
We’ve introduced a ton of new items, featuring a few classic staples paired with new chef-inspired decadent showstoppers. From classic steak and eggs to satisfy a big appetite to a stick-to-your-ribs barbacoa skillet that’s sure to become a Saz’s staple, we’ve really covered all the bases.
Sweet tooth-ers, we didn’t forget about ya! Will you be feeling Crème Brûlée French Toast topped with maple Bavarian cream, Belgian waffles topped with fresh seasonal berries and blackberry coulis or our brand new signature Cinnamon Roll with vanilla bean cream cheese icing, drizzled with a bourbon maple glaze?

Our culinary team huddled up and experimented for months (basically, they ate a ton of brunch food and took a lot of notes) to create something extraordinarily delicious and fit to be the best brunch this side of Lake Michigan.
We’re proud to say we’re committed to using the freshest local ingredients we can get our hands on, including using cage-free eggs sourced from local area small family farms and butter, cheese and meat all hailing from our great state.
