- Saz’s Weekly Burger Special: BSO Burger – Cherry wood smoked bacon, Wisconsin swiss cheese and fried onions on a Kaiser bun with your choice of side
- Meat: Bleu Cheese Ribeye – Grilled ribeye topped with melted bleu cheese and accompanied by herb roasted potatoes and buttered brussels sprouts
- Fish: Blackened Catfish – Baked blackened catfish served with grilled polenta cakes and buttered brussels sprouts
