In 2001, after over five years as Staff and Operations Manager for Saz’s Catering, Chris took over as General Manager of what was known as Saz’s Banquets. With a background in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Chris was a natural fit to take over operations when Saz’s Banquets rebranded to Saz’s Catering Lake Country. The shift retained the exclusive food service provider relationship at Western Lakes Golf Club, but expanded the company’s capabilities to include off-premise catering services to existing and new clients in the Lake Country area and as far west as Madison. All told, this year Chris will celebrate twenty years with Saz’s Hospitality Group and he wouldn’t change a thing. Passionate about the industry, the work, and the clients, Chris embraces the opportunities ahead!
