Staffing Coordinator

After spending the last 5 years in talent acquisition and recruitment, Julie White decided it was time to rejoin the hospitality industry at “this iconic Milwaukee company.” Julie brings 20+ years of hospitality expertise to Saz’s Hospitality Group as Staffing Coordinator.

As Staffing Coordinator Julie oversees payroll, hiring catering staff, and staffing catering events. She also handles the further development and implementation of training programs for new hires. In her own words the position is “a hodge-podge of fun!” Julie’s guiding principles to hospitality are first and foremost “respect and compliment.” She thinks it’s imperative to find a link and make people feel important. Above all else, she encourages people to “have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously!”

When Julie isn’t corralling the catering staff at our Walker’s Point location, you’re likely to find her out on the greens trying for birdie. She also loves to get together for “girls’ weekends” with her group of 14 girlfriends from college. You may or may not be surprised to hear that Julie is a twin, and she’s a diehard Chicago Bears fan living in prime green and gold territory!
