For Lauren, hospitality is about personal connections. Appreciative of the diversity that accompanies event planning, Lauren has been consistently recognized as “a natural” when it comes to client service. Most comfortable behind the bar, chatting up the company and mixing one-of-a-kind concoctions to suit the recipient, Lauren’s got a knack for enhancing the guest experience. Lauren launched her “adventure,” as she terms it, at the age of 18, joining Sazama’s Fine Catering in 2011. Since that time, Lauren has honed her customer service skills, expanded her familiarity with the ins and outs of high-end banquet operations, crafted many a custom drink menu, and gotten to know the “in-house” regulars. In a nod to the sparkle of the Broadway productions that call this venue home, Lauren emphatically welcomes you to enjoy the spectacular food and stellar service Sazama’s is known for while you sip one of her luscious libations and take in the pure magic of events the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.
