Bio: I have been in the restaurant and hospitality industry since I was 14 and I love it. I have really embraced the kitchen atmosphere and skills that have come with being in a fast-paced environment. If you name it, I have done it within the restaurant, but I am most passionate about the front house and making each event, be as flawless for our guests as possible and that all starts with the moment that our guests step in the door.
