Bio:My culinary career spans over 25 years of professional experience in fine dining restaurants, destination hotels and catering businesses. I have held every job in the kitchen from dishwasher to Executive Chef. My most proud accolades are winning “Best New Restaurant” 2 years in a row at 2 different restaurants where I was the Executive Chef. The first was at a fine dining Italian restaurant and the 2nd was a boutique Spanish tapas restaurant in Kansas City. My favorite experience was at the W Hotel in Chicago as the Executive Sous Chef. I cooked for many celebrities, catered the Chicago Air and Water Show, the Chicago Marathon, all of the sports teams in the city.
