Easter Brunch at Saz’s State House

The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and Easter Sunday is just around the corner! At Saz’s State House, we believe that every occasion to gather around a table is special, and what better way to celebrate than an Easter brunch with your loved ones? Hop on over to Saz’s State House restaurant on 55th & State for our Easter brunch on Sunday, April 5, 2026! From 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, we’ll be serving up an incredible spread featuring ‘The Finest’ brunch classics and Saz’s favorites, providing the perfect excuse for bringing the whole family together this Easter.

Since we’re celebrating our 50th milestone all year, we figured it was time to bring back our all-you-can-eat buffet! We’ll feature two stations, Ham Carving and a BYO omelet bar, plus all the brunch necessities you could possibly want.

After filling up your plate, treat yourself to our take on the iconic mimosa! Try our Blackberry Vanilla Mimosa with vanilla liqueur, blackberry puree, OJ, and topped with Campo Viejo champagne! We also have classic mimosas on deck too, if you’re looking to stick to the tried and true.

Easter at the State House is a Milwaukee tradition, and tables fill up fast! This year, we’ve made it even easier to secure your spot. Reservations are now available via OpenTable. Please note: A $20 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
