For nearly a decade, Bobby has Entertaining fairgoers with his musical talents for nearly a decade, Bobby takes the Saz’s Miller High Life Pavilion stage nearly every night of the State Fair’s run.

Since 1980, Saz’s has been hailed as one of the most recognizable names of summer – a seasonal tradition that truly hits home for Milwaukee natives. With festival-favorites like hand-rolled Mozzarella Marinara, signature Sour Cream & Chive Fries, and Leinenkugel’s Beer-Battered White Cheddar Cheese Curds joining forces to create the Combo Platter that started it all, it’s no surprise that Saz’s festival presence has grown exponentially over the past three decades!

Repeatedly hailed as Milwaukee’s #1 Selling Festival Food, this delectable delight creates quite the buzz year-round. But when festival season hits, that buzz grows swiftly into a deafening roar, with sales easily exceeding 45,000 platters in a single season! Even amidst other mouthwatering concession items like the showstopper Saz’s Signature Braised Pulled Pork Sandwich and a monster 1/3 lb. Jumbo Bratwurst from locally-based (but globally-known) Klement’s Sausage, the Combo Platter remains King.
