Front of House Positions

Front of House

Work off premise events around Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Our experienced team provides The Finest in service and hospitality to guests for corporate gatherings, galas, weddings, and outdoor events.

Provide friendly service to every guest, every time • Set up and break down buffet and services lines, guest tables and chairs and décor for private event spaces • Serve food at buffets, carving stations, table-side or as hand-passed plates • Clear guest plates, glassware and service items • Keep event spaces tidy

Back of House Positions

Prepare, setup and tear down events • Assemble salads, hors d’oeuvres and creates magical looking plates of food • Provide guest service including filling glasses, serving or clearing plates, refilling and monitoring the buffet • Answer guest questions and respond to their needs • Keep the event space and equipment neat, tidy and clean.

Headquartered at 201 W. Walker Street (Milwaukee). Some positions require working offsite events at various venues throughout Milwaukee County.

All positions work out of Marcus Performing Arts Center located in downtown Milwaukee off of Water Street and support all events and happenings at Marcus Performing Arts Center.
