Festival Food Guide 2026

Festival season is officially underway in Milwaukee! While every festival holds a special place in our hearts, we thought it would be helpful to highlight the festivals where we bring our most unique menus.

Summerfest

When? June 18th – 20th , 25th – 27th , July 2nd – 4th

Where? Summerfest Grounds

Headed for the music? Here’s the 2026 Summerfest Lineup

More info here: Summerfest

If you’re hankering for something beyond standard festival fare, we’ve got our 2025 Sporkie Finalist S’Mores Churro Fries at Beats & Eats! This dish takes your favorite campfire treat into a crispy, shareable dessert. If you find yourself at Saz’s in Miller Lite Oasis, there’ll be WI Cheese Curd Tots by Tot’s on the Street! We also have our classic favorites like the Combo Platter located throughout the Summerfest grounds.
German Fest

When? July 24th – July 26th

Where? Summerfest Grounds

More info here: German fest

One of the largest German festivals in North America and a Milwaukee tradition, it’s no surprise that we’ve loaded up our menu with authentic German cuisine. If you’re making your way there, our Chicken Schnitzel Dinner offers that iconic German Fest experience with crispy chicken topped with lemon butter and served with braised red cabbage, bacon, onions, and parsley redskin potatoes. It doesn’t get more authentic than that.

Irish Fest

When? August 13th – August 16th

Where? Summerfest Grounds

More info here: Irish Fest

While we’re on the subject of cultural festivals in the city, Irish Fest is another crowd favorite. When we’re not sipping iconic Irish stouts, we’re indulging in our Loaded Baked Potatoes! Topped with our famous pulled pork or chicken, Colby-Jack cheese, sour cream, and green onions, this meal will leave you ready to catch the currach races.
Wisconsin State Fair

When? August 6th – August 16th

Where? Wisconsin State Fair Grounds

More info here: Wisconsin State Fair

Every state has its own take on the State Fair, but no one does it quite like the Dairy State. This year is no exception, as the event celebrates a historic 175th anniversary. This year, we’re unveiling our new Sweet Lemon Berry Cheese Curds (a Sporkies Finalist)! Featuring Ellsworth Creamery white cheddar cheese tossed in a cinnamon-sugar mix and finished with a drizzle of sweet raspberry sauce and a Sweet Lemon Zest Cream Whip dip, this dish scratches that sweet and salty itch while remaining a refreshing treat. Swing by the Saz’s BBQ spot to grab yours, along with all the classic State Fair staples you know and love.

A visit to the fair wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Saz’s Pretzel Stand! In partnership with Milwaukee Pretzel, we’ll not only be serving up our delectable salty snacks with a variety of dipping sauces, but we’ll also be featuring our Drinkie submission: Pineapple Pop Paradise! This vacation in a cup has blended pineapple, zesty juice, and yuzu marmalade into a frosty dream, then served in a mango-drizzled cup over a scoop of mango boba, topped with even more fresh pineapple. We’ll also have our Cotton Candy Lemonade from the 2023 Drinkies available!
