2025 Saz’s Sumerfest Open Interview Dates:

Wednesday, May 14: 4 – 6pm
- Saturday, May 17: 10am – 12pm
- Wednesday, May 21: 4 – 6pm
- Thursday, May 22: 4 – 6pm
- Wednesday, May 28: 4 – 6pm
The above Open Interviews will all take place at Saz’s State House (5539 W. State Street, Milwaukee).
Festival positions we hire for include:
- Food Preparation Staff/Line Cooks
- Bussers
- Cashiers
- Food Expediters
- Fry Cooks (must be 16 or older)
- Servers
