Same old venue, same tired setup, the same polite small talk. And by Monday? It’s already forgotten. If you’re going to invest in a company outing, it should do something: spark energy, bring people together, leave a lasting impression for years to come.

That’s where Saz’s Hospitality Village at the Wisconsin State Fair comes in!

This Isn’t a “Sit-Down-and-Clap” Kind of Event

Your team walks into the energy of the State Fair: live music, food, excitement, and has a dedicated space to make it their own. It’s the kind of environment where people naturally connect and unwind. And that’s the whole point, right?

Planning a company event can get complicated and overwhelming fast. Here at Saz’s, we keep it simple and elevated. We sat down with our Hospitality Village expert, Charlie, to see why companies keep coming back.

Guests love having a shaded, comfortable place to regroup, relax, eat, and drink,” Charlie said. “Each rental time is five hours, so guests can still go enjoy the fair and come back any time within that rental. Everything is planned, staffed, and executed specifically for your event.”

Add in perks like cream puff delivery and discounted admission, and suddenly, you’re not just planning an event, you’re delivering an experience to the people who make your company thrive.

The Perfect Balance of Energy + Escape

Here’s what makes it work:

  • You’re right in the middle of the action, just steps away from the Expo Center and all the can’t-miss attractions.
  • When your team needs a break, they have a comfortable space waiting for them with good food and cold drinks.

“Saz’s Hospitality Village offers a private, fully staffed home base inside the Fair, combining the energy of the Fair with the ease and comfort of a professionally hosted corporate event. That’s what makes us different,” said Charlie.

Let’s Talk Food (Because It Matters)

At Saz’s, food isn’t a side note; it’s the headline. We’re serving up the exact flavors people crave when they think of the State Fair, backed by the quality that built our reputation. And yes, the mozzarella sticks are non-negotiable.

Build your perfect spread with a few of our favorites:

  • The BBQ Sampler Platter: A heavy hitter featuring summer staples like grilled bratwurst, smoked tri-tip, and our famous pulled pork (with plenty of vegetarian options to keep the whole crew happy).
  • The “Best in Show” Buffet: Our standout specialty. It’s a curated selection of seasoned meats paired with refreshing sides like fresh fruit or garden salads to keep things cool in the summer heat.
  • Station Enhancements: Take it up a notch with a Grilled Sweet Corn station, Loaded Pretzel Bites, or a Nacho bar.

Whether you need to pivot for dietary restrictions or want a fully custom menu, our team handles the details, so you don’t have to. We’ll make sure your guests are coming back for seconds and probably thirds.
