WHAT IS THE SAZ’S LOYALTY CARD AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

We appreciate our loyal customers and want to reward you every time you visit! When you sign up for the Saz’s Loyalty Club and register your card by clicking the Loyalty Card or Loyalty Club image on this page, you will receive an initial 100 bonus points to get you started! With each visit back to Saz’s State House, you will accrue one point for every dollar spent (excluding tax and gratuity). When you accumulate 100 points, you will receive a $5 credit on your Loyalty Card to spend on your next visit. To redeem your points, just let your server know you’ve earned a loyalty credit, present your card, and the $5 discount will be applied to your bill. It’s that easy!

WHERE CAN I GET MY CARD?

You can sign up for Saz’s Loyalty Club and grab your card from our State House Restaurant on 55th and State. Just let your server or bartender know that you’d like to join and you’ll have your Saz’s Loyalty Club card in no time. Once you get one, don’t forget to register your card online so you can keep track of your points and rewards, as well as update your personal info.

HOW CAN I REGISTER MY CARD?

To register your Saz’s Loyalty Card, simply click the card image or the “I want to join Saz’s Loyalty Club!” button on this page. This is where you will be able to manage everything about your account after you’ve registered your card. Check your balance, read the terms and conditions, see your pending rewards – everything you need to know in one simplified spot!

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO RECEIVE A REWARD?

Accumulate 100 points (spend $100), and earn one $5 reward to use on your next visit.

DO I EARN REWARDS ON TAX AND TIP?

Sorry, points are accrued on food and beverage purchases only. Tax and gratuity do not apply toward your loyalty points.

DO I EARN POINTS FOR GIFT CARD PURCHASES?

In fact you do! Give a little, get a little – give a lot, get a lot! Gift card purchase totals will apply toward your loyalty point balance.

DO I EARN POINTS WHEN USING ANY FORM OF PAYMENT?

Points will be applied to all Cash, Credit and Debit card payments. Unfortunately, we can’t award points if you’re using a gift card as payment.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY REWARDS CARD?

That would be a bummer, but as long as your card is registered here, we can look it up for you using the phone number you provided at registration.

CAN I EARN POINTS FOR GROUP EVENTS?

The more, the merrier! If you are hosting a private event in Saz’s State Room and you’re footing the bill, we’d love to apply points to your Loyalty Card for you, provided you have a registered Loyalty Card at the time of booking! Points will be awarded up to a maximum of 1,000 points per event (spend $1,000, get 1,000 points), with Loyalty Point credits available for use at your next visit.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE $5 REWARD AT A TIME?

Of course you can! You earned it, after all. Rewards may be applied in combination with other rewards without limit, however, if you use rewards in excess of your total bill, you will not be issued change for the difference. We’ve got to draw the line somewhere!

WHAT IF I TAKE ANOTHER LOYALTY CLUB MEMBER TO DINNER AND HE OR SHE PICKS UP THE CHECK - CAN WE SPLIT THE POINTS?

First, that was nice of you. And also nice of your dining companion. To round out the niceness, we’ll go ahead and split those points for you; just let your server know before the bill is settled.

CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO REDEEM POINTS WHEN I’M NOT THERE?

No, only the Loyalty Club member can enjoy the benefits of membership.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? WHAT IF SOMEONE STEALS MY POINTS? CAN I GET THEM BACK?

Unfortunately not. Saz’s is not liable for any Loyalty Club point losses for a lost or stolen card. If you do lose your card, please let us know and we will be happy to issue you a new card.

CAN I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY CHECK IF I FORGET TO PRESENT MY CARD TO THE SERVER?

Sorry, you must present your card to your server at the time of dining in order to earn Loyalty Points. We are not able to retroactively award points.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?

You are able to access and manage your account at your convenience. Check your account balance at any time, including a forecast on dollars spent until your next reward.

CAN I EARN POINTS ON ON TAKE OUT?

Sure can! Place an order with the restaurant and take the taste of Saz’s home! Just make sure to present your card with payment at the time of pick up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO SHOW UP ON MY ACCOUNT?

Your reward points are live in real time, but it will take 24 hours before your points convert to usable reward dollars. Your reward dollars will be valid on your next visit.

CAN I USE A REWARD THE SAME DAY I EARN IT?

It will take 24 hours for your Loyalty Points to convert to reward dollars, so you will be able to use your reward dollars on your next visit to Saz’s State House.
