South Second is a modern and industrial venue close to the heart of Downtown Milwaukee. The versatile space can be re-imagined just about any way, so you can create your event, your way. Our outdoor patio space with our bar and balcony overlooking the space will be an incredible addition to your wedding celebration. Jan Serr Studio
2155 N Prospect Ave Milwaukee, Wisconsin (East Side)
Jan Serr Studio is a sleek, industrial venue located on the top floor of the UWM Kenilworth Square East Building with two breathtaking venue spaces and an expansive east balcony. With its 7,000 square feet of open floor and premier views of Lake Michigan and Downtown Milwaukee, the impressive 6th-floor studio has never-ending design potential and is the perfect backdrop to create any wedding vision you have. The south-facing window, revealing a stunning view of the skyline, is over 60 feet wide and 30 feet tall. The 3,600 square feet first-floor gallery with its movable walls and easy access from Prospect Avenue is perfect for cocktail hours and wedding ceremonies.
