We asked Karin Hurley, Sales Manager, and Lynn Brueggemann, Event Planner, to plan their dream holiday party at the Marcus Performing Arts Center. See their vision come to life before your eyes for A Night of Glitz & Glamor!
As you enter the glass doors of the Promenade, guests would walk through arched twinkling red dogwood branches and evergreen trees lining the hall. A greeting sipper of Cranberry Gin Fizz would be waiting at the end, opening to the Fitch Gardens which would be transformed into a cozy, wintery cove. Tiny white lights would be hung and numerous candles of all heights would be placed on the ledges of the garden walls. Our guests would be able enjoy the view from inside the Promenade at all tables lining the windows- each adorned with elegant, textured linens.
Entering the Bradley Pavilion “Ballroom” is buzzing with our very own Chef Brian attending customized action stations, including a Dessert Flambe Station. Every way you turn would be an experience for our guests. Tables are decorated with amaryllis, roses, evergreen, holly and berries and an abundance of candlelight. The balcony boasts a cigar & bourbon bar overlooking fireworks from Pere Marquette Park across the Riverwalk. Once back inside, guests can step up to our super bar and get a Signature Candy Cane Martini. No party would be complete without dancing the night away and be entertained by the band centerstage playing your favorite Holiday Pops!
