Get your bowls ready, the Lakefront Brewery and Engine Company 19 Chili Cook-Off returns to Lakefront Brewery Sunday, February 10th, 2019! Saz’s will be bringing the heat with its award-winning four meat chili. We proudly took the win last year and are on the prowl for a repeat!
Our Winning Recipe
Our award-winning signature four-meat chili features Saz’s famous BBQ pulled pork, 12-hour smoked in-house beef brisket, smoked andouille sausage, ground beef, black beans and our special blend of Southwest seasonings. A recipe sure to win a few hearts and hopefully plenty of votes!
The Competition
Fifteen teams, including yours truly, will compete for the title of Chili Cook-Off champion, complete with bragging rights and a chance for us all to enjoy some great chili from some talented vendors.
A winner will be determined by a panel of celebrity judges and a people’s choice selection will be decided by you! Enjoy live entertainment from Eric Barbieri & Friends from 2-5pm, along with brewery tours on the hour.
How to Get Tickets
A ticket for this year’s Chili Cook-Off is $18 dollars and includes a Lakefront Brewery tour. Advanced tickets are on sale now through Lakefront Brewery’s ticket page.
A portion of each ticket will also benefit Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. Stay up to date with the latest info and RSVP at the official Facebook Event Page. Last year’s event was a great time, so be sure to grab your tickets soon before the event sells out and you’re left with an empty bowl!
