A Milwaukee-area native and the oldest of four, Bryan spent his childhood in and near the kitchen with his Grandfather, participating in every detail of planning frequent family gatherings. While studying Marketing and Supply Chain Operations at Marquette University later in life, Bryan took on the role of Catering Associate with Saz’s in 2006. Following graduation, Bryan shifted gears to Event Supervisor, striking a unique balance between goofball and unrelenting detail wrangler. While face-to-face client meetings aren’t as frequent for this event manager turned Operations Director, rest assured he’s busy in the background managing a slew of tasks and behind-the-scenes logistics. Affable and adaptable, this charmer is an integral part of both the team’s operational productivity and fun-loving, good-natured levity – with each part equally critical to the success of your event!
