I want to thank you and your staff for just an outstanding job catering yesterday for the MU graduation event here at 1451 Renaissance Place. Everything went so well and the MU faculty and their guests were so pleased with the quality and presentation of the meal, along with the efficient service of your wait staff. I want to say a special thanks to Guy, Ron and Jim. They are great team leaders on your staff and I am always glad to see them here. While I do not know many of the others, they too did a wonderful job. And, Mike, Brian and Neumann had the kitchen well organized and produced 444 plates in a very efficient manner. I hope you will be interested in doing this same event again next year. We may not even need to change the menu! If so, please hold the date.
