Bio: I caught the hospitality bug early in life, starting my career in restaurants while still in high school—and it stuck. My passion for the industry led me to The Culinary Institute of America, where it deepened my love and respect for it. After graduating, I spent over a decade honing my craft in a few New York City restaurants such as Gage & Tollner, Gramercy Tavern, and Oceana. Now, I’m thrilled to be back in my home state of Wisconsin, doing what I love in a city that means so much to me.
