Bio: My passion has always been cooking. I started my career in country clubs and hotels before transitioning into corporate dining for over 20 years with Compass Group USA. As District Chef, I managed corporate cafés and executive dining rooms in Chicago, Milwaukee, and throughout the Midwest. These companies included Motorola, SC Johnson, Chase Bank, Bank of America, and Ascension Hospitals, as well as the Chicago Board of Trade. It is an honor to be a part of Saz’s ‘The Finest’ and to have the opportunity to be associated with such a great company and great people.
