Bio: I started in the service industry in college as a bartender. My family opened up a sushi restaurant in 2004. We were short staffed one night and I had to work the deep fryer. I never left the kitchen since. Some restaurants I opened include Screaming Tuna and Lucky Ginger (I won best Korean and Dumplings in MKE). I moved into catering at the Fiserv Forum with my favorite team, the Milwaukee Bucks. Now I am here working with the finest…Saz’s.
