It’s time to get nice and cozy in Wisconsin as the leaves fall and the temperature drops. Saz’s State House is the perfect place to meet your coworkers for drinks after clocking out, catching up with friends, celebrating family birthdays, and holiday celebrations- there’s a lot to do when the weather is cold!
The New Bites
We’ve added dishes to our winter menu that are as comforting as a hug from your favorite person. If you’re looking to share some appetizers, the Candied Bacon app comes with a delectable honey chipotle dipping sauce that’ll make it a mad dash to get your hands on a slice! Or, if you want to feel good about yourself, enjoy the delicious Beet & Goat Cheese Salad; you’ll find yourself savoring every bite of this delicious dish of greens.
We’ve taken a classic winter fave and made it entirely our own! Our Cornbread Chicken Pot Pie is deconstructed and has 3 delectable layers waiting for you to dig into. We’ve also added a BBQ Candied Bacon Burger (yeah, it’s just that good!) Other honorable mentions are the new BBQ Cubano, Grilled Ham and Triple Cheese, and the Portobello Sandwich. Each has a unique flavor palette that will hit the spot when you’re craving some warm and comforting on a cold winter day.

Now more than ever, you’re looking for something to warm your insides. Luckily, we have just the thing! Our Bar Manager, Sammi, has put together a stellar list of cocktails and NA drinks that will have you cheers-ing all winter long. If you’re looking for a fruity drink, we have a delicious Apple Sangria, Cranberry Pomegranate Mule, Pomegranate Mojito, Cranberry Orange Cosmo, and Grapefruit Collins. If you’re looking for something sweeter, you can try our Chocolate Pecan Manhattan, Mint Chocotini, and Pecan Praline Old Fashioned.
