The newest Broadway smash hit, Something Rotten, is coming to the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts October 16, 2018 – October 21, 2018, and we’re kicking off the fall Broadway season with Dinner and a Show!
Make it a night on the town, October 18th, 2018, with a special evening that includes a decadent pre-show dinner at Saz’s State House, orchestra seating for the show and convenient shuttle service to and from the Marcus Center.
Set in 1596 during the height of William Shakespeare’s popularity, Something Rotten tells the story of two brothers, Nick and Nigel Bottom, who are looking to breakthrough into the theater scene with the world’s very first musical! You’ll set out with them as they write their way to the stage with plenty of antics, mystery and sonnets along the way.
Described as, “The Producers + Spamalot + Book of Mormon. Squared” by New York Magazine, this is a hilarious take on the English renaissance you won’t want to miss!
A Ticket for Dinner and a Show, featuring Something Rotten, is $115 and is available through Eventbrite. But don’t wait to grab yours, seats are limited. Your ticket to Something Rotten at the Marcus Center is included with your ticket to Dinner and a Show.
