Reheating Instructions
Full reheating instructions for items from our Saz’s Catering A La Carte/Pickup Menu and Saz’s State House Party Pick Up Menu.
Appetizers
Mozzarella Marinara
Place a pan of mozzarella sticks into a preheated 350°F oven for 5-8 minutes, turning halfway. Remove from oven and serve promptly
All Meatballs
Place meatballs in a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 10-15 minutes, until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165° or higher. Remove from oven and enjoy!
All Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Place a pan of mushrooms into a preheated 350°F oven, uncovered, for 15-20minutes.
Spinach Artichoke Dip/BBQ Chicken Dip
There are multiple ways to reheat the dip.
Crock Pot: Place dip into a crock pot. Set the crockpot on Low and cook for 1-2 hours, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Stove Top: Place dip into a non-stick pot. Place the pot over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Will take approximately 10-15 minutes to become fluid.
Oven: Place dip into a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. If still not warm throughout, put back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
If you would like the dip to brown, uncover for last 5-10 minutes.
Chicken Wings
Place chicken in single layer on prepared sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 12-17 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better
For Honey BBQ Wings & Sweet Chili Wings: We recommending cooking them at 300°F to prevent caramelization & burning of the sauce
For All Bacon-Wrapped Appetizers
Place items in a single layer on a sheet pan or cookie sheet.
Place the pan in a preheated 350°F oven for approximately 9-16 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165° or better. Enjoy!
Saz’s Signature Chili
Place chili into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower temperature to a low simmer.
Heat thoroughly until the chili reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Entrées
Saz’s Signature BBQ Pulled Pork/Chicken
Place pan of pork/chicken, still covered, into a preheated 350°F oven for 25-35 minutes.
Once internal temperature reaches 165°F or better, remove from oven, uncover, stir to combine and enjoy!
Wood-Smoked Sliced Beef Brisket
Add a little water to a pan and recover. Place pan into a preheated 350°F oven for 25-35 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or better. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Sliced Roasted Pork Loin
Add a little water to a pan and recover. Place pan into a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or better. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Sliced Roast Beef with Gravy
Place roast beef into a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until the roast beef reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better. Heat the gravy on the stove top, stirring to prevent burning.
The meat and gravy may also be put into a crock pot all together and heated until 165°F or better.
Sliced Roasted Turkey with Gravy
Place roast beef into a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until the roast beef reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better. Heat the gravy on the stove top, stirring to prevent burning.
The meat and gravy may also be put into a crock pot all together and heated until 165°F or better.
House Mesquite-Smoked Turkey Breast
Place 1 cup of water or stock in a pan with turkey. Place pan into a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 25-35 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Baked Sliced Smoked Ham
Place ham in a preheated 350°F oven, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until ham reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
The ham can also be put in a crock pot with a little water, heating until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Smoked BBQ/Rotisserie Style Chicken
Place chicken in single layer on non-stick sheet pan/pan-sprayed sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Traditional Grilled Chicken Breasts
Place pan of chicken breasts, still covered, into a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
Once internal temperature reaches 165°F or better, remove from oven and enjoy!
Saz’s Signature Baby Back Ribs/Riblets
Place pan of ribs, uncovered, into a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes, until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Baked Homemade Lasagna
Place lasagna in a 350°F preheated oven, covered, for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Uncover for last 10 minutes to let the cheese brown, if desired, and enjoy!
Penne Pasta Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms
Place 1 cup of water or cream in with the pasta. Place pasta into a 350°F preheated oven, covered, for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until temperatures reach 155°F.
Chicken Provençal
Lay chicken in a single layer on a sheet pan, into a preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° or better. For the sauce, heat on the stove until warmed thoroughly. Enjoy!
Chicken Forestier with Mushroom Herb Demi
Place chicken in single layer on prepared sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 7-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Heat mushroom herb demi on a stove top in a non-stick pot until heated thoroughly.
Walker’s Point Chicken Breast
Place chicken in single layer on prepared sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 7-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Heat sauce on a stove top in a non-stick pot until heated thoroughly.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast
Place chicken in single layer on prepared sheet pan. Place into a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better.
Sides
Home-Style Mac N Cheese
Place Mac N Cheese in a preheated 350°F oven, covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and add the breadcrumbs. Return to oven, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, until the Mac N Cheese reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or better, and enjoy!
Baked Beans
Place pan of baked beans, still covered, into a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
Once internal temperature reaches 165°F or better, remove from oven and enjoy!
Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Over medium heat on the stovetop, warm the mashed potatoes in a nonstick pan for 8-10 minutes, stirring approximately every 2 minutes to ensure even heating. If potatoes start to thicken, they can be thinned with milk or cream.
Gravy: Warm on the stove top for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Herb Roasted Tri-Color Fingerling Potatoes
Place potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan or cookie sheet.
Place pan into a preheated 350°F oven for 10-20 minutes, or until hot. Enjoy!
Parsley Buttered Redskin Potatoes
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes until warmed thoroughly. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Steamed Green Beans with Butter
Place green beans in a preheated 350°F oven, uncovered, with a little bit of water for 8-15 minutes or until hot. Enjoy!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Place brussels sprouts in a preheated 350°F oven, uncovered for 10-15 minutes until reheated thoroughly. Enjoy!
Warm Cornbread
If heating other items, warm the cornbread last by turning the oven off and placing the cornbread in the oven to warm it up. If not heating with other items, place the cornbread in a preheated 220-250°F oven for no more than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
