What's cookin' good lookin'?
The long-awaited summer season is here in Milwaukee, and the warm weather has been met with plenty packed social calendars. Meeting your coworkers for drinks after clocking out, catching up with friends, “reading” books from your social book club, celebrating family birthdays- there’s a lot to do when the weather is warm!
We’d like to invite ourselves into your social calendar this summer; join us at Saz’s State House on 55th and State to try our new summer menu, complete with a delectable new craft cocktail menu.
The New Bites
We’ve added dishes to our summer menu that are zesty, citrusy, and oh-so-tasty. If you’re looking to share some appetizers, our Spinach and Artichoke Dip paired with our house-made kettle chips are a perfect starter. Or, our chilled Honey Feta Dip is refreshing to share on a hot day. You’ll love our seasonal salads, which have been a big hit since our menu rolled out. Feel good about yourself and enjoy the delicious Mandarin Orange Salad and Strawberry Spinach Salad; you’ll find yourself letting out a relaxing sigh as you indulge in the citrus flavors of the salads.
Two of our burgers have gotten a face lift, so next time you’re in, try our Pub Burger and Mac n’ Cheese Burger. You’ll love the heartiness and mouth-full-of-flavor that each bite holds for you. Otherwise, some lighter handhelds like our new Caprese Sandwich, the Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese, and the Chicken Bacon Cheddar Sandwich will provide a delicious flavor palette for your main course.
Summer Sips
We know the feeling that comes from the first sip of a drink on a hot summer day. Our Bar Manager, Sammi, has put together a stellar list of cocktails and NA drinks that will have you cheers-ing all summer long. The house-infused grilled pineapple bourbon and mint lime rum are made in-house and on tap ready for your next drink order, which are featured in five of our signature cocktails! Our new NA drinks are just as tantalizing, take our Tropical Mist or Almond Syrup Lemonade out for a joyride and see what you think.
We also have a new wine list and have brought in some delicious new beers. Pull up a seat at the Round Bar or enjoy a cold one on our outdoor patio; your options are endless!
