Saz's

Saz’s and MACC will celebrate their 40th [anniversary] together next year. Steve [Sazama] has been a great example of the goodness of our alma mater, Marquette [University] High [School], in giving to others and in excellence. We have always liked Saz’s going back to its earliest days. I have fond memories of lunches at [Saz’s State House Restaurant] with my brother Bill after his all too frequent hospital visits.

Thanks for teaming up with West Bend Mutual to help the MACC Fund give every child a fighting chance.

[Our Holiday Party] was terrific, the food was fantastic. Your staff did an incredible job and everyone had a great time. Thank you so much.

Due to our communication error, the date was not booked when we thought it was. With just a few weeks notice, Saz’s was able to cater our company picnic at a very busy time of the year for them. We are very grateful and will be Saz’s customers for life!

Everyone and every person who serviced us at the tent was very helpful and all made sure any little thing we asked for was taken care of with no issue. Very friendly staff. The food was well presented and fresh and tasty. Beverages were plenty. Highly satisfied and have and will continue to recommend [Saz’s Hospitality Village] for events.

In Milwaukee, Saz’s is known for their delicious fried foods at festivals – I never would have expected the high quality, wonderful catered cuisine that we had for our wedding! Everything was amazing – starting with the event planner Michelle who is super detail oriented and organized to the great food and the friendly and professional staff. All of our guests could not stop raving about how delicious all of the food was! I could not have asked for a better experience than Saz’s for our big day.

Ok, so you expect the food at a wedding to be good, probably not memorable. But, 3 months after my daughter’s wedding, our guests are still raving about the food prepared by Saz’s Catering! It was amazing! Not only were they a joy to work with (Michelle, you’re the best), but they knew how to deliver! The wedding was in a tent on our fish farm in Bristol. We served family style, having to accommodate multiple vegetarians, & they also agreed to prepare our fish! … Not to mention that their outdoor kitchen was also in a tent and they had to battle tornado warnings, wind, rain & mud. Can’t thank them enough! So much so that daughter #2 is getting married in September & it was a no-brainer to sign them up again. You can’t go wrong with Saz’s!

We received rave reviews from our wedding guests about our food! Katie from Saz’s was simply amazing to work with and helped us with every detail. The quality of the food was excellent and the servers were unbelievably prompt, pleasant and courteous! We HIGHLY recommend using Saz’s for your wedding! I just wanted to send a sincere thank you to you and your team for helping us host a fantastic event last week in Milwaukee! I have heard from multiple guests how wonderful the food and staff were (especially Martha!). Planning an event out of town is quite nerve-wracking, but you made it easy for us to just show up and enjoy the evening!

 

We couldn’t be happier with Saz’s Catering and Michelle was fantastic! Even from the initial emails, phone calls, and consultation, the customer service was impeccable. The service could only be topped by the food, which was just amazing.

The linens, table setups, appetizers and dinners were unbelievable. We received so many compliments on the delicious food! We imagined that the food at the tasting would be a much higher quality than the food on the wedding day (because of higher quantities), but they matched up perfectly! The salmon, prime rib, chicken and vegetarian dishes were so delicious, and did not taste like typical wedding food. Michelle was very accommodating for guests with special dietary needs – peanut & gluten allergies. She put our minds at ease on the big day, and even checked in with us at the reception to make sure everything was going well.

We HIGHLY recommend Saz’s Catering, and again, Michelle was an absolute joy to work with!

Our wedding was beyond amazing and thank you to Saz’s for being a part to make that happen! We have heard multiple comments from our guests about how good the service was and how good the food was throughout the entire night. So thank you Saz’s! You were great to work with and we will always recommend Saz’s as an excellent wedding caterer. Loved working with Michelle since day 1 of the planning process. She made it stress free and everything was simply amazing!!

 

I wanted to let you know how happy we were with the food and service provided by Saz’s for our picnic yesterday. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for everyone. The two people that handled our event were very professional and so nice. They went above and beyond my expectations. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. Also, the set up and food presentation was wonderful. Thank you again for your excellent service!
