From start to finish, [South Second and Saz’s] provided exceptional service and were always happy in doing so! There is a huge benefit to having your own personal event manager walk you through each step of the process. On the night of our wedding, all our guests kept saying was how amazing the venue and food was. They loved the open, airy feeling that the location has, especially when the garage doors are open! The layout, lighting, spacing and everything just flowed so well. We couldn’t have imagined anything better. I highly recommend working with Saz’s for a top notch experience at a very reasonable price as well!

Seriously, I don’t know how you are doing it. [Saz’s has] really raised the bar on our events. It was so perfect [with] signature Wisconsin food and beverage. The food was unique and local. Thank you for bringing the Saz’s Experience to them. It was great to have some of the festival favorites to share. The salads were light and refreshing. I loved the corn salad. The Brandy/Whiskey Old Fashioneds were a hit. It was a nice ice breaker, too, for our Denver Friends.  I overheard several times, “…try the Old Fashioned.  They are a Wisconsin drink.” Your bartenders kept my glass full! [The Saz’s staff has] amazing attention to detail.  [They] treated our guests like family. Great energy.  Thank you…thank you…for working with me. I know how busy [Saz’s is] with festivals, fairs and shows. I trust you and you help me do my job. You and your menus make ME look like a rock star. [Saz’s is] an important part of my team here.

Our State Fair event was an unbelievable success!! I’ve never received so many accolades, from the awesome food to the amazing staff! Everything was on point! Thank you!

Thank you so much for making our Brewers tailgate party a success! [Saz’s] was responsive, patient and went “above and beyond” as we worked through our menu options for the event. [Saz’s] made the beautiful night at Miller Park a night to remember with their great service, hospitality and providing the delicious and one-of-a-kind Saz’s food! This was our first event as a company at Miller Park and with Saz’s Catering. We look forward to more events in the future with Saz’s!

I can NOT say enough good things about South Second! We booked when the venue wasn’t even done being constructed yet, so I have to be honest I was nervous going in since I relied on reviews for booking all of my other vendors, and obviously there were now reviews for South Second yet. I am SO thankful we went with South Second for our wedding reception. [Saz’s] was absolutely incredible to work with. I had tons of ticky tacky questions and [they] helped me answer all of them, we had a last minute seating change that [they] accommodated quickly and professionally on the day of. We have gotten so many compliments on how fun and beautiful the venue was. I also can’t even count how many people said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. This place and the staff are absolutely amazing.

I can’t imagine celebrating our big day anywhere else! [Saz’s] was absolutely amazing to work with. [They] answered all of our questions and [were] very attentive to what we wanted. [South Second] is absolutely gorgeous, definitely one of Milwaukee’s gems! So many of our guests said it was the BEST food they’ve ever had. And I heard over and over how much everyone loved the venue and how unique it was. My husband’s family is from all out of town, so we wanted to do our wedding as “Milwaukee” style as possible and South Second was absolutely perfect. I don’t think I could be any happier. I highly recommend South Second.

After nearly one month, we cannot think of a single thing that could have gone better at our reception. Saz’s and all of the South Second staff all ensured that our wedding would not be forgotten. [Saz’s] went far and above [its] job description to make the evening perfect. The food was out of this world, and our guests could not get enough of it. Wisconsin Fish Fry just blew all other wedding food out of the water. The whole package was something that could not have been duplicated anywhere else. Please do yourself a favor, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Planning a wedding with South Second and [Saz’s] was a DREAM! Everything about the venue, food, bar service, and staff was perfect! The best part of working with [Saz’s] and South Second was that they definitely made you feel like they have done this a million times (way less stressful for you!), while also truly caring about your thoughts/ideas/opinions on how to make YOUR wedding day unique and special. [They were] extremely responsive to any questions I had, and [they] helped me nail down a perfect timeline for the reception. You not only get a big, beautiful space for your event, but also a coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly. Also, the food was delicious! Saz’s can do no wrong! A ton of people told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I would recommend South Second for any event, especially weddings! The entire process will not only be stress-free, but also FUN! And your expectations will be exceeded!
