2 pounds of beef tenderloin., cut into 1 inch cubes
1 red & 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 package of cherry tomatoes
1 package of mushrooms
Other vegetables as desired

Lawry’s Seasoned Salt


  • Thread vegetables and tenderloin onto skewers, alternating vegetables and meat. Leave enough room on the end of the skewer to turn.
  • Season skewers with Seasoned Salt.
  • Place skewers at least one inch apart on grill grate. Grill skewers 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes for medium. Adjust time up or down according to desired degree of doneness.
